About Cooldog Publications

Cooldog Publications is an independent publisher launched in 2008. Our aim is to provide a shop window for developing writers from across the world, and enable them to get their work into print. We are looking for good, original short stories and poetry. We publish a subscription e-magazine three times per year. We run competitions before each publication, and offer cash prizes for the best three entries and publication in the magazine for the best six. In addition we run the Cooldog Prize – an annual short story and poetry competition with a substantial cash prize plus publication in our anthology. Winners of each magazine competition are automatically entered for the Cooldog Prize and are guaranteed a place in the anthology.
